Shipping Information
We currently ship within the United States. All jewelry and watch orders require a signature upon delivery.

Processing & Shipping Times
All orders are subject to processing times before shipment. Processing time is 1-2 business days. Once processed, shipping times vary based on the selected shipping method:

  • FedEx 2DAY Express: Default shipping method (excludes PO Boxes and weekends)

  • UPS Ground: 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

  • UPS Expedited: Available upon request to select addresses (additional fees apply)

  • FedEx Expedited: Available upon request to select addresses (additional fees apply)

General fulfillment time is 1-2 business days for chains and bracelets. Please check the product description for more accurate fulfillment time. Please allow up to 3-5 business days upon order for your FedEx package to arrive.

Delivery & Responsibility
All FedEx deliveries require a direct signature. At this time, FedEx does not allow location "holds" or shipment alterations. Packages must be delivered to the confirmed shipping or PayPal address. The purchaser is responsible for any expenses related to a package returned due to multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is our priority! If you are unhappy with your order, we accept non-custom items for store credit within 10 days from the date of delivery as indicated by the courier.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, including boxes, pouches, or any gifts with purchase.

  • Personalized, initial, name styles, and custom orders are FINAL SALE. This includes items with a single initial.

Return Shipping & Refunds (shipping)

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, which will be deducted from the credited amount.

  • Returns are subject to inspection. We cannot accept items that are damaged (e.g., tangled, scratched, or altered). If a return does not meet our criteria, we reserve the right to refuse it or apply a restocking fee.

Packaging & Inspection
To ensure safe transit, please take extra care when packaging your return. All returns go through an inspection process before being accepted.
