At V&P Jewelry, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer store credit or exchanges within 14 days from the date of delivery as indicated by the courier.
We do not offer refunds.

All offers, discounts, or promotional purchases on 14K gold jewelry are considered final sale. These items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit, regardless of condition. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Return Conditions

Items must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, including boxes, pouches, and any accessories.
Final sale items, including custom, personalized, engraved, modified, or any discounted 14K gold jewelry, are not returnable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
All returns are subject to inspection. Items that do not meet return conditions may be denied or charged a restocking fee.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Exchanges are subject to availability and must meet all return conditions above.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us at vandpjewelry@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and replace the item at no additional cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Email vandpjewelry@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
Package the item securely with all original packaging and documentation.
Ship the item via a trackable method. Insurance is recommended for high-value items.
Once received and inspected, we’ll issue store credit or complete the exchange.
