Items must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, including boxes, pouches, and any accessories.
Final sale items, including custom, personalized, engraved, modified, or any discounted 14K gold jewelry, are not returnable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
All returns are subject to inspection. Items that do not meet return conditions may be denied or charged a restocking fee.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us at vandpjewelry@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and replace the item at no additional cost to you.

Ship the item via a trackable method. Insurance is recommended for high-value items.
Once received and inspected, we’ll issue store credit or complete the exchange.
